Photo editing and delivery
After the tour,you will get the photos in the next 1-2 days through a Google Drive link. You can select as many photos as you want for editing without any additional fee, or the photographer can select a couple of best pictures from each places. The editing takes about 2 weeks, depending on the amount of the photos.
We would like to call your attention to download the photos from Google Drive, because we store them for a month. After that, the pictures will be deleted.
Cancellation
You can cancel your appointment whenever you’d like to. Please note that if you delete your booking 48+ hours before the tour you, you will get a full refund.
On the other hand, if you cancel it less than 48 hours before the starting time, we cannot return your money.
Weather information
In case of rain, you can rebook the appointment without any additional fees or we can provide a full refund.
We recommend that you bring sunglasses if the weather is sunny, because it might be a bit more comfortable for the photos as well.
Being late
Please make sure you notify us in this case. If you are late, we will wait a maximum of 30 minutes, and we might have to do shortcuts in order to adhere to the schedule. We don’t provide refund for those who don’t show up.
