Important extras to know about
Cancellation
We can provide a full refund in case the cancellation happens 48+ hours before the tour. Closer to the starting time, we cannot refund

Photo delivery and editing
The photos taken during the tour will be sent within a day, through a Google Drive link without watermarks.
After selecting as many pictures as you like, the editing process will take about 1,5-2 weeks. You can keep both the edited and unedited photos for memory!
Being late
Please make sure you notify us in this case.
If you are late, we will wait a maximum of 30 minutes, and we might have to do shortcuts in order to adhere to the schedule. We don’t provide refund for those who don’t show up.
Weather information
We can provide the tour in every weather condition.
However if you are not comfortable with it you can rebook the appointment without any additional fees. Or if this doesn’t fit your schedule we can give you a 75% refund.
Recommendations
During the tour we will share our personal recommendations about what to do, what and where to try in Budapest.
We will also deliver some cupons to some of our partners that you can use during your visit.
